Meet Craig and Kristen, a dynamic couple in their late 30s and early 40s, seamlessly blending their 13 years of real estate expertise with a combined 37 years of dedicated public service. Craig offers over two decades of hands-on and managerial experience in construction, while Kristen brings her 17+ years of customer service excellence, with a decade specifically honed in on the real estate realm.

 

Their journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to building a real estate portfolio, emphasizing value-add properties through meticulous remodel work and strategic investments in multi-family real estate. With a humble beginning in RE investing, the Dilley's began rehabbing single family homes, both to keep as long term buy and hold rentals, as well as short term fix and flip. Their investing journey began a decade ago in commercial and multi family RE investing - both turn key and value add. Over the past 13 years, they have passionately cultivated their love for real estate, working tirelessly to increase property value through astute management.
